| Wuxi Lida Gear Manufacturing is located in west of Wuxi City. It is 30 km far away from wuxi airport or and 2 km far away from XiYi High Speedway.
Lida Gear was founded in 1993. It is a Private joint-stock enterprise, producing slewing rings, gears, yaw rings and blade bearings with diameters below 5.5 meters. Its registered capital is 18 million RMB and the employee is about 350 people. The workshops cover an area of 60 000 M². The turnover is 0.2 billion in the year of 2008.
Lida Gear is a “Provincial high-tech enterprises”, “City AAA grade credit rating”, “Integrity enterprise”. Our product obtained “City well-known trademarks” and “Utility Model Patent”. Lida has been approved ISO9001: 2000 and ISO14001:2004. The slewing rings are approved by Classification Societies, such as CCS, RINA.
Slewing rings have an own trademark and are designed and produced according to Machinery industry standards JB/T2300-1999，Marine standards CB/T3669-1995 and Architecture industry standards JG/T66-1999, the most important is that we are able to design and produce non-standard slewing rings.
Our slewing rings can meet all fields requirements of harbour, ship, mine, engineering, crane, Environmental protection, Petroleum, chemical, light industry, metallurgical machinery and military industries. Our slewing rings are exported to Japan, Korea, Germany, France, Italy, the United States, Canada and Europe.
Our company has two production lines, one for small slewing rings with diameter under 2.5 meters and one for large slewing rinsg with diameter between 2.5 to 5 meters, all are CNC machines. The Max modulus is 50 and Max diameter is 7.2 meters. In order to ensure massive production for large slewing rings, our company introduced a lot of large CNC lathes and boring machines and we also founded a torque testing laboratory. Annual production of Slewing rings is 25,000 pieces for smalls and 2000 pieces for larges. Our capacity of slewing rings is at the top of the ranks in domestic.
